At Fantasy Road Tours™, we endeavor to make every aspect of your Black Leather/Black Tie Affair
as easy and uncomplicated as possible. Not just your actual tour, but reservations and planning too.
We plan our accommodations and other arrangements months in advance to ensure that our clients are given
top priority and personal service from beginning to end. We hesitate to call what follows "The Rules,"
but we do have some policies designed to ensure maximum enjoyment and reduce the potential for confusion down the road.
To RSVP for your Black Leather/Black Tie Affair, we require a deposit of $2000 per person,
which may be paid using Paypal, or by check directly. You may complete the online registration
form here, or download and fax the form to us at 801-226-2678. This form may also be mailed to:
Fantasy Road Tours
777 South State
Orem, UT 84058
Final payment is due in full 60 days prior to your tour's departure date, which may be paid using Paypal,
by check, or by credit card by calling us directly... You may, of course provide full payment up front if you prefer.
Cancellations: Your deposit is refundable up to 60 days before your tour, less a $200 fee
per person. If you need to cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the tour date, we will refund 50 percent
of the tour price. No refunds can be made less than 30 days prior to the tour date. If a tour is cancelled by Fantasy Road
Tours™ for any reason, you will receive a full credit for another future tour.
We recommend you consider obtaining trip-cancellation insurance to cover
your costs should unforeseen circumstances cause you to be unable to attend your scheduled tour, or if you experience a
situation which makes unforeseen expenses necessary, such as lost luggage or a need for emergency medical transportation
back to your home. We will send you information about this type of insurance at the time of your reservation, or you
can apply online.
Tours include lodging and meals as described in the individual tours. "Meals" means breakfast,
lunch, and dinner on each day of your tour. Not included in the tour price are alcoholic
beverages and incidental or personal items. Admission fees to attractions we visit as a group and as a planned part of the
tour itinerary are included. Because we make all arrangements well in advance of the tours, we cannot give refunds for meals,
lodging, or attraction fees not used. For more details, visit our
What's Included page.
Pricing for our Black Leather/Black Tie Affairs are listed as
"Shared" and "Private." Private means one person in a private room for the duration of the tour. (Single Occupancy).
Shared means sharing a room, (Double Occupancy), either with a passenger or another rider. Room configuration varies by location,
but in almost all cases we can accommodate requests for one or two beds per room. Many of our selected inns, bed-and-breakfasts,
and hotels have a no-smoking policy in guest rooms and other areas.
Each tour begins on the afternoon of the arrival date and ends with the farewell meal on the
departure date; We do include the first night's lodging and welcome dinner, as well as transportation to and
from the airport. All tours will run with a maximum of twelve and a minimum of eight motorcycles, plus our tour staff.
A Support Vehicle (SV) will accompany each tour and carry two
pieces of luggage per person.
If you are arriving in the gateway city by air, we recommend that you schedule your arrival
for late morning or early afternoon (mid-day) on the arrival day. After checking into your hotel, those renting motorcycles will be
taken to the rental location in the later afternoon to pick up the bikes.
This allows us to handle paperwork, become familiar with the motorcycles, and get an earlier start on the tour the next morning.
About motorcycles. A deposit is required for each motorcycle, and is included in the
initial full deposit. Because we work with different vendors, payment and cancellation policies may vary. We will
advise you of what is necessary after you have selected your tour and bike and once we have confirmed availability
for the days required. We can also offer recommendations and assistance for those who wish to ship their own motorcycle.
Licensed riders on all makes and models of motorcycles are welcome to participate in any of our tours. However, if you are riding your
own motorcycle, it must comply with state and local laws regarding mechanical and electrical equipment and noise levels. Excessively loud pipes
are not well suited for the areas and conditions where we will be traveling. Riders and passengers are always responsible for their
own compliance with state traffic laws and applicable regulations concerning helmets and other personal safety equipment.
Fantasy Road Tours™ STRONGLY URGES
the wearing of safety equipment, such as abrasion-resistant clothing, gloves, boots, and eye protection - AT ALL TIMES, regardless of the law.
Your safety is VERY important to us, and we want to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable experience, therefore we REQUIRE helmets are worn AT ALL TIMES.
